Bring in a target and choose the set
Assess a populated Seller Central template, or use a blank supported template as the target and add compatible listings from Catalog. Filter one exact gap or paste SKUs; the saved selection does not change when the screen filter changes. Which file should I upload?
Apply corrections without silent replacement
Use the same set for Manufacturer, Documents, Responsible Person, and Brand. Fill-only is the default: rows with an existing value are skipped and shown in the before/after preview. Replacing values is a separate, explicit choice. See the bulk GPSR fix workflow.
Preview, submit, and keep the result
Review a focused update containing the rows and confirmed columns ComplyShelf can write, then upload it in Seller Central yourself. Attach Amazon's processing report to that exact batch and retry its rejected subset. Reusable records and outcomes remain ready for the next upload. Understand upload errors.

Once an operator or document is recorded, it stays in the workspace. The next upload can reuse it, while assignments, generated batches, and Amazon's reported outcomes keep their trail.

Scan and explain
The wording check shows the seller's own passage, the column it came from, and a reason such as “generic environmental claim candidate”. A colour phrase like “green bottle” can remain context-sensitive.
Review and approve
The seller can mark a finding reviewed or ignored, propose an edit, and approve an explicit change. Listing text is not changed by the scan; approved wording remains in the review record while text export is still gated.
