Reusable operators
Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person profiles are created once, validated for the fields GPSR needs, and reused across the catalog.
Amazon EU · High-volume GPSR
Entering manufacturer and EU Responsible Person data one ASIN at a time does not scale. ComplyShelf stores each operator and safety document once, then assigns them to hundreds of listings in a single action — so a whole catalog moves from "missing GPSR data" to "ready" without the copy-paste grind.
Built for volume
Most GPSR data repeats across your catalog: the same manufacturer covers dozens of products, the same EU Responsible Person covers your whole account, the same safety document applies to a product family. ComplyShelf models these as reusable records you create once and attach in bulk — the opposite of re-typing the same address into every listing.
Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person profiles are created once, validated for the fields GPSR needs, and reused across the catalog.
Safety documents and hosted URLs become durable evidence records you can attach to many products instead of re-uploading.
Filter by GPSR readiness, select many listings, and assign operators and evidence to the whole selection at once — non-destructively.
The workflow
Upload an Amazon All Listings report (TSV). SKUs, ASINs, marketplaces, and status normalise into your workspace.
See which listings are missing manufacturer, EU Responsible Person, evidence URL, or catalog identity — with open-gap counts.
Apply reusable operator and evidence records across large selections. Existing roles are preserved; only conflicts are reported.
Generate a readiness / missing-fields export, persist it as a batch, and mark rows accepted, rejected, or needs-fix with Amazon error codes.
Honest scope
The current export is a CRM-shaped readiness and missing-fields helper (CSV/TSV): SKU, ASIN, marketplace, catalog readiness, GPSR readiness, open gaps, and the assigned manufacturer, EU Responsible Person, and evidence. It is designed to make your Seller Central work fast and correct.
It is not yet a ready-to-upload Amazon-template flat file, and there is no automated SP-API write-back. We ship the working helper today and are validating the exact per-marketplace template columns before we generate a "true" fix file — so we do not hand you a file built on unverified headers. If that end-to-end file matters to you, tell us in the gap report request; it directly informs what we build next.
Free, manual gap report
Email us an Amazon listing export and we return a structured gap report: which ASINs are down, what each is missing, and the order that clears the most listings fastest. Done manually by a person, no account access needed — a fast way to see if the bulk workflow fits your catalog.
Send only the listing export. Never send passwords or Seller Central credentials.
FAQ
Yes. Create a Manufacturer and an EU Responsible Person once as reusable records, then assign them to many listings at the same time from the Listing Readiness screen. Evidence documents can be assigned in bulk too. You then export the data and submit it in Seller Central.
The current export is a CRM-shaped readiness and missing-fields helper (CSV/TSV) — SKU, ASIN, marketplace, readiness, open gaps, and assigned operator/evidence data. A true Amazon-template flat file is planned but not yet shipped, so today's file is a working helper rather than a one-click upload.
ComplyShelf is built for high-volume catalogs. Filter listings by GPSR readiness, select many at once, and apply reusable manufacturer, EU Responsible Person, and evidence assignments to the whole selection in a single action.
No. ComplyShelf is an operational tool, not a law firm or an EU Responsible Person service, and it does not guarantee legal compliance. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit to Amazon.
